• Most acute care visits can be completed within a 15 minute interval.
• If we cannot gain the information we need via text and your vital signs, we will upgrade to a video session, if agreeable, free of charge.  
• Pediatric patients – all visits must be done via VIDEO but are charged at the TEXT rate.
• Specialist referrals or calling in prescriptions, if indicated, are included in the cost of your acute care visit and do not take time away from your allotted visit time.

Employers, insurance agencies, celebrity clients, expedition medicine, or other concierge services, prices available on request.

A 10% discount is available to those paying in cryptocurrency.

Unfortunately, we do not accept insurance at this time for our services. This allows us to devote more time to patient care with less paperwork and fewer constraints from the corporate practice of medicine. Vivstilo aims to keep costs for acute care low, often the same costs as a co-pay would be. If labs, imaging, prescriptions, or other treatment modalities are recommended, we will help coordinate insurance coverage for those follow-up modalities. Our services will qualify for most flexible health savings accounts, please consult your tax advisor.

We accept online payments via credit card, debit card, paypal, venmo, bitcoin, or monero. A 10% discount is available to those paying in cryptocurrency. 

You will get more detailed information, including additional information needed via email about your visit when you book your service. You will be contacted on a HIPPA compliant, private, and secure platform at your appointment time.

• Nutrition education is almost completely lacking in US medical schools and residency curriculums. Most physicians have no training in nutrition or preventive medicine, despite it being integral to almost every specialty. We have providers that have obtained additional fellowship and specialty training in nutrition and lifestyle medicine. We pride ourselves on practicing evidence-based medicine and staying on top of the latest research, while still keeping an open mind for other ways to practice medicine than conventional Western medicine, which is reactionary and heavily reliant on the pharmaceutical industry. We have a passion for nutrition and lifestyle medicine and try to personally implement the lifestyle recommendations given to our patients. 

Ideally, you will want to fast for 4-6 hours prior to your ultrasound. It helps improve the imaging quality of your gallbladder.
